WORKING BEES THIS SUNDAY 16 DECEMBER and NEXT SATURDAY 22nd of DECEMBER

As most of you would know, after a lot of hard work behind the scenes, the club was successful in securing a grant from the Latrobe Valley Authority for new home change-rooms, umpiring rooms and a power and lighting upgrade. We now need your help to get these works completed prior to the start of next season and will be running two working bees over the next couple of weekends.

Sunday 16 December (8am until finished) – the Club requires 15-20+ people to assist with the following tasks: cleaning out trench ready for conduits; hand digging trenching around existing cables and infrastructure,; pulling electrical cables to new light towers from metre box; laying conduits; back filling and laying tape over conduits; backing filling and cleaning up afterwards.

Saturday 22 December (8am until finished) – the Club requires 10+ people to assist with the following tasks: demolition and removal of existing visitor rooms.
